In-Person Coaching
Personal Training and/or Nutrition Coaching
If you have a fitness center at your office, our personal trainers will come to serve your staff on-site. As well, our nutrition and wellness coaches can come to your business on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.*
Alternatively, if your employees would like to meet outside of the workplace, we have partnerships established with local gyms. Employees pick the gym closest to them, and can meet with a coach there.**
All employees are given 3 free personal training sessions to utilize per year. After that, employees are responsible for paying for further personal training, or may be reimbursed by their employer up to an annual dollar amount.
*Training at workplace gyms is subject to mobile coach availability. While we will always have local gym partners available to service members, our mobile coach partners may at times have limited availability.
**We cannot guarantee proximity, but do our best to have partnerships with a variety of gyms across each metro area we serve.
Remote Coaching
Remote Fitness and/or Nutrition Coaching
Receive custom online personal training and nutrition coaching based on your current fitness levels and habits, schedule, goals, previous experience, age, training environment, and other factors to help you achieve your health & wellness goals.
Employees receive personal fitness and nutrition programs to follow based on their goals, experience, schedule, current fitness and nutrition levels and habits, and other contributing factors. Employees have their coaches available in their pocket at all times, and are able to enjoy the guidance, accountability, and support.

1:1 Wellness Coaching Sessions & Messaging
Health, Fitness, & Nutrition Coaching Sessions
For members who may be stuck or unsure of where to go or what to do in regard to their fitness, nutrition, or other wellness related areas, they can schedule a 1-on-1 Remote Video Coaching Session.
These Sessions allow a Coach to hear where the member is at, what challenges or struggles they are facing or questions they have, and provide the employee with guidance and direction based on each individual's unique situation.
Through this, employees are able to take action based on the coaching they receive, create momentum and take positive steps forward in their health and wellness journeys.
These Coaching Sessions are included with our Employer plans.

Members can also message a coach at any time to receive guidance & direction and to get questions answered.

Onboarding & Implementation
Through our seamless Onboarding Process, we can have an Organization up and running and access for all of their employees within a day.
Within a few hours of signing up, our team will create a branded custom sign up page for the Organization with the necessary links and QR codes for their employees to activate their accounts.
Information will be sent within the next business day if signing up after business hours.
Also included are templated marketing materials (printable flyers & handouts, as well as web-based media) and copy-and-paste email templates to make it easy for you to tell your employees about the new benefit available to them.
Alternatively, an Organization can opt-in for our team to do the outreach via email for them.
Once an employee clicks on the Organization link or scans the QR Code, they simply fill out the registration form, create their login, and have immediate access to the entire platform and coaching.
