a little more about your intro call
The Intro Call is a chance for us to connect, hear where you’re at and what you’ve done previously in your health, fitness, and nutrition, and what your goals are moving forward.
This call will last 30-45 minutes, so please schedule and plan accordingly. We do ask that you are in a quiet space free of distractions, not out in your car on the road, or with lots of people around, etc. This gives us the chance to connect in a focused environment.
As far as a video or phone call, here are the options:
1. After booking your intro call, you should have received a confirmation email with the meeting details (date, time, etc.). In this email, there is a link to “Join Your Meeting.” If you are planning on taking the call on your laptop and are open to doing a video call where we can have live face to face interaction, then you’ll click this link and then hit “Start Meeting” or “Join Meeting.” This requires no login or any other steps and is a very simple way for us to connect. This is our preferred route to connect via video and through Teleport as it is very easy to use.

2. If you are going to be taking the call on your phone, we can use the mobile version of Teleport. you will just have to download the app ahead of time (or right before the call), and you don't even have to create an account and login.

Once you have the app downloaded, you can click the link from the email and you will be brought into the meeting.
