With over 300  Workout Programs  available, members are sure to find many that will help them take action in improving their fitness.

 

Our Workout Programs are derived from what we’ve seen be most effective in helping our clients and members progress in their fitness.

Workout programs range from 4 to 16+ weeks in length, and are designed based on the member’s:

  • Age

  • Experience level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced)

  • Current fitness level

  • Number of workouts per week (2 to 6)

  • Goals (fat loss, muscle building, strength gain, body recomposition, cardiovascular improvement, etc.)

  • And other contributing factors

Programs are built with different versions based on the equipment members have available, which include: Bodyweight from home, bodyweight and basic equipment, gym, machine based, and more.

 

Members can access these programs via our web platform or the Live Fit Training app at any time.

Habit Programs

Our habit programs help participants implement and establish positive habits in their fitness, nutrition, sleep, hydration, stress, and more. As members build these powerful practices into their lifestyles, this creates consistency and progression in moving towards their wellness goals, and maintaining their results long term. 

 

Habit programs range from 2 weeks up to 6 months for our full fledged Live Fit Habit Program.
