A lot of people find working out by themselves to be quite boring and unexciting. Working out with a Coach or in small groups makes the experience much more enjoyable, and your Coach can provide new ways to make the workouts more fun.

Personal Training Sessions (First 2 Weeks of Sessions are FREE)
Enjoy 1-on-1 in-person training sessions with a Coach. These customized workouts are built around your current fitness level and previous experience to help you start creating momentum and progress from your first workout and on. I'm there to keep you safe, help you perform exercises properly, and to give you the support, motivation, and guidance to get the best results from your workouts in the most enjoyable way.

Travel often? Have a crazy ever changing schedule? Want to workout at home sometimes? We have the solution! You have your Personal Trainer in your pocket at all times with access to our coaching app. If you travel a lot for work, have a lot of schedule changes, or need to be home with the kids most of the time, your Coach will design / adjust your workout program based on the equipment you'll have available for each workout. "Coming in before I started working with Peter, I was frustrated and stuck. I had seen my weight go up and down for years, and it became harder and harder to keep it off, and I kept gaining more pounds.
When I first met Peter, I was really hesitant working with any kind of coach. I had never tried it before and it was brand new to me. I have a really busy schedule raising three kids and working full time with everything else in life on top of that.
Peter was so great at working with me and my schedule and building a program that worked for me! My biggest fear was committing to something that I couldn't keep up with. I didn't know if I'd be asked to work out every day and didn't think that'd be possible for me. But he told me, we can set this up where you just have put in an hour 3 to 4 days a week and be successful.
I said okay and got into the groove of it, and found I could get the workouts done in 45 minutes, quick and efficient and not there for hours at a time. I lift 3 days a week and do cardio 3 times a week too, sometimes on my lifting days, sometimes not. We change it up a bit, but I've loved getting consistent in it and seeing progress.

With my eating, I now have so much flexibility there too, which is so much different than what I've tried in the past. "Throughout the last few years, I had done all of the fads new trends that you hear about. I'd lose weight and then gain it back, lose it and gain it back over and over. I finally decided that I was committed to sticking to a plan and program. So all I was doing was cardio, and wasn't seeing much progress.

So what happens after the first 2 weeks?
You've got multiple options following your trial period. Deciding which one is best for you simply depends on your unique situation in life (schedule, budget, etc.) and what will be best for you.
First, you could continue forward on your own, either following your own program or one of the many we have available on the Live Fit Digital Platform (which again, you get free lifetime access to just for participating in the trial).
Second, you could continue working with us through one of our Online Coaching Programs. Through this, you continue receiving personalized coaching delivered through our easy to use app. We continue providing guidance, accountability, and support while you can workout at home or at another gym.
Third, you could continue working with us through our Hybrid Coaching Program. This involves some of your workouts taking place in person and some of them through our coaching app.
Last, you could continue working with us completely in person, whether that be in a small group or 1-on-1 setting.
