Your residents don’t have to leave their building, our coaches will come to your complex to serve your residents in your on-site fitness center.*
Alternatively, if your complex doesn’t have a fitness center available, we have partnerships established with local gyms. Members pick the gym closest to them, and can meet with a coach there.**
All members are given a free consultation with any of our coaches, whether that’s on-site at your complex or at one of our partner locations.

*Training at apartment gyms is subject to mobile coach availability. While we will always have local gym partners available to service members, our mobile coach partners may at times have limited availability.

Simple Onboarding Process
We can get your complex up and running in as little as a day. Each complex receives marketing materials, a custom web sign up page, copy-and-paste email templates, or you can opt for us to take care of letting your tenants know about this new service they have available.
Onboarding & Implementation
As soon as an Organization joins Live Fit, they can access the Organization Onboarding modules in order to get their members access ASAP.

Within a few hours of signing up, our team will create a branded custom sign up page for the Organization with the necessary links and QR codes for their tenants to activate their accounts.
Information will be sent within the next business day if signing up after business hours.

Also included are templated marketing materials (printable flyers & handouts, as well as web-based media) and copy-and-paste email templates to make it easy for you to tell your tenants about the new amenity.
Alternatively, an Organization can opt-in for our marketing team to do the outreach via email for them.
Once a tenant clicks on the Organization link or scans the QR Code, they simply fill out the registration form, create their login, and have immediate access to the entire platform.

Yes! Workouts and programs are designed based on a variety of factors including age, experience level, current fitness level, equipment available, schedule, goals, and more. We have programs and workouts designed for home settings with no equipment, and with different equipment available.

However, you are welcome to choose workouts and programs from any section on our site. We encourage any individual, regardless of age, to choose workouts and programs based on their prior experience, fitness level, and health status.

Many programs have recommendations on the next one to move onto when you’ve completed the current one.
